What is the one thing that has been proven to be recession proof? Give up. Entertainment. So, if music is entertainment at its finest, then why are so many artist considered starving? I am going to answer that question for you, and give you the secret that the industry may not ever fill you in on. So, grab a pen and pad, a cup of coffee, and lets begin class.

Before I begin, I feel obligated to give you a resume' of myself. This is validate that I am knowledgeable in what I do, and to also give you all so form of comfort in taking the advise that I am giving to you and actually use it.

My name is Julio "Don J" Flores', and I am the founder of Ceaser's Flow Entertainment, the Director of music for CYHM Ministries/WhiteHouse Records, a professional DJ, a producer... if it has to do with music, then I am all in.

The question that I posed earlier was, "if music is entertainment at its finest, then why are so many artist considered starving?" And the answer is, because their production is no where close to where it needs to be. The vocals are too low, the highs are too sharp, the lows aren't present, and the content is empty. People can tell when an album was just thrown together, and when they actually put some time, energy, passion, and effort into a project. So over the next few articles I want to help you understand how you can accomplish producing at profitable and life changing project.

First, you need to come need to come up with a concept. Would you walk in a place that you have never been....blindfolded? No. Well don't do it with your project. Before you begin, know what route that you are taking with your project. What feel do you want your project to have? What do you want your content to be about? How many songs? etc.

Before you leap, look. Before you even begin writing, pray.
